甲、乙双方就房屋买卖事项在平等自愿、诚实守信、协商一致的前提下订立本合同条款如下：
一、甲方自愿将其位于___________县__________区_________________的房屋以人民币_____拾____万___仟___佰___拾___元整(￥_______元)的价款出售给乙方。(___收据)

三、本合同签订后，甲方将该房屋的相关权益(使用、收益、出租、担保、抵押、买卖、占有等)随该房屋一并转让给乙方。甲方保证在交接时该房屋没有产权纠纷和财务纠纷。如果交接后发生该房屋交接前即存在的产权纠纷和财务纠纷，甲方将承担全部责任。乙方保证按期缴纳各项物业费用。本协议签订后，甲方不得就房屋再与他人订立《买卖合同》。
四、本协议签订时，甲乙双方都不具备过户条件。等过户条件成熟时，甲方应协助乙方办理房屋产权过户手续。其他税费按有关法律规定负担。
五、本合同签订后，任何一方不得擅自变更或解除合同。如因重大客观原因导致本合同解除，甲方应按照市场评估价返还乙方房屋价款，并赔偿乙方的房屋装修费用。
六、如因规划部门、设计部门的原因导致房屋质量和使用功能发生变化，甲方应及时通知乙方。如有补偿款发放，甲方应全额退还乙方。
七、本协议自双方签字或盖章之日起生效。
